Shipping Policy

All orders are made by hand with the highest attention to detail. This is why our signs take one to two weeks to make, depending on how busy we are. They will then be sent out the next working day tracked. You'll be notified by email when it's sent. For any other shipping question please email support@neondaddy.co.uk.

For design your own orders, please check your email regularly for a proof copy of your sign. It can take up to three working days to receive from the date of payment and this email requires a response to confirm you're happy with us to go ahead and make your masterpiece. If we don't hear from you within 5 days of you receiving the proof we will proceed to make the sign without a confirmation at the buyers risk.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
£19.99 on all orders. Please note we do not take and responsibility for any custom fees you may get for world wide orders.

 

DELIVERY TIME
All products are made to order with precision and care. We aim to have them on your doorstep within 3 - 4 weeks from the day of payment for UK orders. International orders may take longer due to travel and customs clearance time. 

 

SHIPPING PARTNERS
Our preferred shipping partners are DPD and Parcelforce for domestic orders and FedEx for international.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We can only accept returns/exchanges on faulty items, and can not accept returns due to change of mind unfortunately, as all pieces are one off made to order. All sales are final once placed on site.

In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty, you have 7 days from the day of tracked delivery to let us know via email and we will deliver a replacement free of charge.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
